What brings you in?
Lisa is best known for post-operative recovery work, though most of what she does is simpler than that: getting people out of pain, and giving them back an hour that is genuinely theirs. Every session starts with her asking what is actually going on, then building the hour around the answer. Pick whichever sounds most like you.
My back and neck are locked up
Deep tissue, sports and medical massage, trigger point work, cupping and bamboo. Pressure to your tolerance, not ours.See treatmentsI just need to switch off
Swedish, hot stone, aromatherapy, four-hand and couples sessions. Phones off, lights low, and nobody selling you anything.See treatmentsI'm recovering from surgery
Manual lymphatic drainage, post-operative care, and body contouring support. Most people start three to five days after surgery, once your surgeon clears you.See treatments

Each one has its own page with what it helps, how long it takes and what it costs, so you can decide before you pick up the phone.

Lymphatic drainage massage
Lymphatic drainage massage is a slow, gentle technique that moves trapped fluid out of the tissue to reduce swelling and support healing. It is the treatment most people book after cosmetic or reconstructive surgery, and it is done entirely by hand.

Deep tissue massage
Deep tissue massage uses firm, sustained pressure along specific muscle groups to release knots and long-held tension. It suits people who have had massage before and want more pressure than a relaxation session gives.

Swedish massage
Swedish massage is the classic full-body relaxation treatment, using long gliding strokes and light rhythmic pressure. It lowers stress, eases everyday stiffness and improves circulation without the intensity of deep tissue work.

Hot stone therapy
Hot stone therapy uses smooth heated basalt stones placed along the back and used as an extension of the therapist's hands. The heat reaches deeper into muscle than pressure alone, which makes tight areas release faster and with less discomfort.

Prenatal massage
Prenatal massage is designed for pregnancy, using side-lying positioning and supportive bolstering to relieve the back pain, swollen feet and hip pressure that come with carrying a baby. Lisa is trained and equipped for it.

Medical & sports massage
Sports massage prepares the body before activity and speeds recovery after it, combining Swedish technique with assisted stretching to improve flexibility, strength and posture. It is also used to prevent the injuries that come from repetitive training.

Who you'll meet
Sixteen years of the same two hands.
Lisa built this practice on a simple belief: every body is different, and every session should reflect that. From post-surgery lymphatic drainage to deep tissue pain relief, every treatment begins by listening to your body, your goals, and what you need most that day.
