Lymphatic drainage massage
Lymphatic drainage massage is a slow, gentle technique that moves trapped fluid out of the tissue to reduce swelling and support healing. It is the treatment most people book after cosmetic or reconstructive surgery, and it is done entirely by hand.

Pressure is light on purpose. The lymphatic system sits just under the skin, so forcing it harder does not move more fluid. It only bruises tissue that is already healing. Lisa works in the direction of the lymph nodes, section by section, and most clients see visible change in swelling within the first two or three sessions.
This is manual work. No machines, no vacuum devices. Bring your compression garment and wear it after the session.
Good for
- Recovery after liposuction, BBL, tummy tuck or breast surgery
- Swelling and fluid retention
- Post-surgical bruising and hardness
- General detox and circulation
