Terms of service

Appointments are by appointment only, at both locations and for mobile visits.

A non-refundable $50 booking fee is required for any appointment longer than one hour. It is deducted from your total on the day of your appointment.

Any change, including a cancellation, must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. Inside 48 hours the booking fee is forfeited. A no-show, or a cancellation on the same day, also forfeits the fee, and future appointments must then be paid in full before they can be scheduled.

Arriving late may mean the treatment is shortened so the next client is not delayed. The full price still applies.

Gift cards must be presented when you book. They have no cash value, cannot be converted to credit, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed after their expiry date.

Prices are subject to change without notice. There are no refunds on products or services.

A therapist may stop or decline a service if they feel unsafe, mistreated or harassed, whether verbally or physically, or if a treatment is not appropriate given your consultation, medical history or injuries.

Heavenly Therapeutic Massage is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep your belongings with you in the treatment room.
