Questions people actually ask
Booking fees, cancellations, what to expect, and how soon after surgery you can start. If yours is not here, call or text. Nobody minds.
How much does a massage cost?
A 60-minute massage starts at $95, which includes hot stones on the back for first-time clients. Lymphatic drainage is $120 for 60 minutes. A couples session is $250 and includes a detox foot soak and herbal tea. Every treatment is priced on its own page.
What is your booking fee policy?
A non-refundable $50 booking fee is required for any appointment longer than one hour. It is deducted from your total at the time of your appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Any change, including a cancellation, must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. Inside 48 hours you forfeit the booking fee.
What happens if I don't show up?
A no-show, or a cancellation on the same day, forfeits the booking fee. Future appointments then need to be paid in full before they can be scheduled.
When should I arrive?
Five to ten minutes before your appointment, so you have time to park. At the Homestead location your first hour of parking is covered.
What if I arrive late?
We may need to shorten the treatment so the next client isn't kept waiting. The full price still applies.
How soon after surgery can I start lymphatic drainage?
Most clients start three to five days after surgery. Always check with your surgeon first. They know your incisions and your healing timeline, and we will work to whatever they clear.
Do you come to my home?
Yes. Mobile massage runs from Florida City to Coral Gables. We bring the table, linens, oils and music, so all you need is a room with space to set up.
What are your spa etiquette rules?
Please silence your phone. No outside food or drink. Space is limited, so only the person receiving the treatment can be in the room, so please don't bring guests, children or pets.
What is your gift card policy?
Gift cards must be presented when you book. They carry no cash value, cannot be converted to credit, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.
Can a service be refused or stopped?
Yes. A therapist may stop or decline a service if they feel unsafe, mistreated or harassed, or if the treatment is not appropriate given your medical history or consultation.
Are refunds available?
There are no refunds on products or services. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Is Heavenly Therapeutic Massage responsible for lost items?
No. Heavenly Therapeutic Massage is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep your belongings with you in the treatment room.
