Relaxation
Prenatal massage
Prenatal massage is designed for pregnancy, using side-lying positioning and supportive bolstering to relieve the back pain, swollen feet and hip pressure that come with carrying a baby. Lisa is trained and equipped for it.

You will be positioned on your side with bolsters rather than face down. Pressure stays moderate and certain points are avoided entirely.
Check with your OB before booking, particularly in the first trimester or if your pregnancy has been flagged as high risk.
